The Records: Part 5 of many

Many people commented on Anela’s record on the paper’s site. I want to make a note that her record is clean of any felonies at all, and up until recently, her record was nearly spotless. Garison’s record, however, isn’t nearly as clean. His record contains kidnapping charges, drug dealing and violence. There are newspaper articles that show him as a wanted person. He sold drugs to parents with children. He is not as innocent at all as people would believe. Angela isn’t totally innocent either but her crimes aren’t at all bad. Simple traffic violations. So how can the courts just ignore that?
